The Olympic Torch as it progressed along the Dudley Road, Winson Green, Birmingham. It is passing the spot where three young men were fatally injured when a car ploughed into them. The torch is about to pass the Afro-Caribbean Millennium Centre where a crowd waving the Jamaican flag has assembled.
