Tired of blood
As in Iraq those living in the midst of death and destruction have had enough of living daily in its shadow. So both Palestinians and Israelis seek something different. They are tired of blood. The political landscape in Israeli in advance of polls has changed with Sharon, having founded a new party, lying in a coma form which it looks he will never recover, and a new leader of the Labour Party. Something's got to give.
According to the Jerusalem Post gains made by Olmert's ruling party following the Jericho Jail seige have been lost to Labour's benefit.
The realities of daily life for Palestinians is shown by the Palestinian News Network when today local people aided by international protestors will try to stop the demolition of shepherd's homes adjacent to the building of the seperation wall. The shepherds have been told they will be shot if they fail to move.
